I really enjoyed this book. Lena’s dad is a scientist and he’s trying to find a cure for the disease called ‘Dermadecatis’. This disease will take over a person’s body and will make you rot until you die.

I was already hooked at the beginning of this book. Lena’s mum actually has the disease and when Lena loses both of her parents all hell breaks loose. I loved the characters, the book is written in two parts, the first part is from Lena’s point of view and the second part from Jared’s. Jared is the guy who shows up to save Lena, he says that she’s the answer to the real cure.

The book is fast paced, has some great twists and it’s a quick read.
